Blade & Bastard 5 is a manga book written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Makoto Fūgetsu, based on the light novel series of the same name, released March 19, 2025 only in Japan published by DRE Comics. The manga adapted from the second-half episodes of Wireframe Dungeon & Dragon with Red Dead.

A limited-time collaboration with Wizardry Variants Daphne where Protagonist can reverse Iarumas and Berkanan in Ruins as well the limited-time Otherworld Adventurers was held in worldwide prior to the book release. Owners who have pre-ordered the manga book can acquire Junk Smeared in Blood and Ash at least three in Variants Daphne game by redeeming the code to the game's official shop.
