Documentation

This template combines the functionality of {{hover}} with that of {{lang}}. Use as follows:

{{hoverlang|Text|Text to be shown in tooltip|Language code}}

hl can be used instead of hoverlang.

Language code is optional for Japanese text, as the template defaults to the Japanese language. See w3schools' article for a basic overview language codes for other languages, or IANA's subtag registry for a more detailed list.

There is no need to use in {{Names}}, {{DescriptionCell}}, or {{Ruby}}, as language attributes are already used in those templates.

Optional parameter: dir; set to rtl for right to left languages like Hebrew and Arabic.
