Usage

This template is used to suggest that the current version of a page needs serious improvement to meet the wiki's quality standards, usually in cases where it doesn't otherwise meet other maintenance criteria such as the deletion criteria.

It is advised not to use this template on images in the File: namespace; files needing improvement should invoke Template:BadImage instead.
