Welcome!

Hello FelpurrMonk! Welcome to Wizardry Wiki. Thank you for adding few more Wizardry Clones, and I'd like to respond to your input from the talk page here because you forgot to sign your name in there. You can look at your contributions here.

  • "Any consensus on Wizardry-inspired games, such as the Etrian Odyssey series? I'm on the fence, due to the gameplay mechanics being too dissimilar from Wizardry. Even The Bard's Tale still uses AC, attack rolls, etc. EO's mechanics feel much more like a JRPG, in spite of being a first-person blobber."
    • I'll look into it later, but it's not my priority to manage or adding more Wizclones, rather doing my task with to-do list and other stuffs right now. I've played Etrian Odyssey games long ago, and yes its comparison is similar to what we've seen from Wizardry or Japanese titles (party management, old-school mechanics, dungeon exploration, etc.) despite it feels more like JRPG. If I remember correctly, a few Wizardry titles, specifically the Japanese created ones plays like JRPG but retaining some old formula (i.e. Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land).
