BUSIN 0: Wizardry Alternative NEO Trial Version is a demo build of BUSIN 0: Wizardry Alternative NEO released in August 22, 2003 for PlayStation 2 only in Japan.

The demo almost play like but fairly complete, there are several changes and differences which most aren't present in the final build.
- The demo notice screen after Racjin logo is present in said build.
- Save and load is not supported.
- Protagonist bonus points are slightly higher and starts out at level 5.
- Party members are pre-assigned with premade characters at outset. Unique playable referred to as "Guest" are not yet playable or can't be assigned.
- All places in town except Karman's Labyrinth are inaccessible by normal means.
- Day and month is completely absent.
- Several events in the demo were still absent or changed on the final build.
- Demo only have B1F Extinct City to B2F Twin Shaft accessible in Karman's Labyrinth and ends before the boss fight start against Skedim, followed by an estimate release date.
