Wizardry: Stones of Arnhem is a cancelled and unreleased game which was intended for the eight game in the main series after Wizardry VII: Crusaders of the Dark Savant and to be released for Microsoft DOS computer operating systems.

As mentioned, this game its began development some time before or after Crusaders of the Dark Savant's release. The reason behind its cancellation is due to controversy surrounding a chaotic full of legal drama and oddly erotic designs. According to leaked documents, they had a demo CES 94 (pre-E3), and videos with their booth, but there wasn't any existing footage of it.
Stones of Arnhem was later succeeded later for the continuation and renamed back to its formal name as Wizardry 8 after cancellation. While Arnhem potential gameplay become the basis for Grimoire: Heralds of the Winged Exemplar released in years later.
